If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with understanding how people operate mentally and showed me the reasons why people sometimes act illogically.
It also pointed out the route to how we can assist each other to become more sane and rational and thus achieve our full potential.
